General Manager

Our client, a dynamic engineering company operating in a fast-paced environment, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and grow their operations. They are situated in Klerksdorp.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments
• Drive sales growth and business development initiatives
• Manage and mentor teams to achieve targets and maintain high performance
• Implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize performance
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and reporting using Microsoft 365 tools
• Manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining quality and deadlines

Requirements:

• Matric certificate
• Degree or certificate in Management or Operations
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial role
• Minimum 3 years’ strong experience in sales (advantage)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Valid driver’s license (Code B) and own reliable vehicle
• Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
