Description
Gijima is recruiting 1 x administrator/receptionist (Intern) for their training centre in Midrand for an Internship program.
The criteria is as follows: -
ONLY CANDIDATES WHO MEET THE CRITERIA MUST APPLY.
The criteria is as follows: -
- Candidates must have completed a 3-year tertiary qualification in Administration (i.e. Diploma in Business Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration, Diploma in Office Administration, Diploma in Project Management)
- Candidates must be computer literate and must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, e-mail, internet
- No criminal record.
- Candidates must currently be unemployed.
- Candidates must not be participating on another learnership or internship program.
- Candidates must not currently be enrolled with another training institution.
- Candidates must live in Gauteng (preferably in the Midrand area);
- Candidates must be under the age of 35 as of 1 August 2025.
- Candidates must be a South African Citizen African, Coloured and Indian.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Possess excellent command of the English language
- Be well organised
- Friendly and presentable
- Ability to cope with pressure and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to grasp and interpret technical processes and procedures efficiently
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a team, with the willingness to put in extra effort and time when the team is under pressure.
