QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Matric Certificate (essential). Tertiary qualification in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum of five (5) years experience in an Executive Personal Assistant role.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Teams, and SharePoint.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Pastel, or similar will be advantageous.

Proven ability to manage multiple executives, complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements. High level of professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and organisational ability.
