Minimum Skills and Requirements:
  • Matric Certificate
  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Applicants must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office; specifically Excel
  • Strong communication skills; fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Ability to multi-task; organised and able to maintain high level attention to detail
  • Valid drivers' license essential
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate would be required; but not limited to:
  • Coordinate training for two major brands
  • Maintaining correspondence, records and issuing training certificates upon completion
  • Invoicing dealers and following up on same
  • Arranging accommodation and logistics around same for trainers; maintaining communication with trainers at all times
  • Attending to various administrative tasks within the branch, as and when required.
Please note, persons not meeting the minimum requirements will not be considered for this role.
