Minimum requirements:

- Matric Certificate
- Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
- Excellent language and grammar skills
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of professionalism
- Exceptional organizational and management capabilities
- Ability to thrive in high-stress environments and handle damage control effectively
- Highly proactive and self-motivated
- Provide daily administrative support, coordinate appointments, and manage schedules
- Handle daily communications, including answering incoming calls and emails
- Oversee all logistics, including managing couriers and coordinating the sending and receiving of goods
- Implement, monitor, and maintain an effective inventory management system
- Conduct regular stock takes and ensure accurate stock control
- Process repetitive documentation, administrative paperwork, and manage supplier records
- Facilitate customer relations and act as a reliable point of contact for suppliers
- Oversee all daily and weekly staff reports and ensure claims are submitted timeously
- Occasional travelling between Boksburg and Benoni offices (10 min drive)
