Job Specification: Personal Assistant
Salary: R15,000 per monthContract Type: Ongoing Contract

Job Purpose
To provide efficient administrative and personal support to two senior members, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and professional client interaction.Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal assistant support to two members of management
- Prepare and email customer quotes accurately and timeously
- Handle general administrative duties, including:
- Insurance claims
- Vehicle licence disc renewals
- Vehicle service bookings
- Filing and document management
- Respond to emails professionally and promptly
- Manage incoming calls and handle enquiries
- Maintain and manage diaries, schedules, and appointments
- Perform data capturing and reporting using Excel
- Draft documents and correspondence using Microsoft Word
- Use Pastel Partner for back orders and code searches (preferred)
- Ensure organized record-keeping and effective office support
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or Administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High attention to detail and accuracy
