What youll do

- Support daily office administration and operational reporting
- Assist with basic scheduling, filing and document control
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure information is up to date and accurate
- Provide general administrative support to the office and operations team
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Proven experience in data capture and administrative support
- High attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Experience in a plant or manufacturing environment (preferred)
