The Role: Junior Administrator This role is responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with operational processes. The position requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide minimum 2 years proven administration experience
Manage general administrative duties and documentation
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Support internal processes and coordination between departments
Assist with time and attendance administration where required
Handle data capturing and reporting tasks
Ensure accuracy and completeness of administrative information
About You
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent (NQF Level 4)
Minimum 2 years administration experience
Computer-literate in Microsoft Office
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks
Reliable and professional
Experience with electronic time and attendance systems advantageous
Qualification in payroll, administration, or HR advantageous
