Reason for Reporting
Responsible Admin/PA role to to HR Manager.
Organise busy diary, set up appointments.Must have strong sense of urgency and enjoy doing administration tasks.
Handle all related personnel HR administration.
Draw staff information from payroll records as and when required.
Recruitment and Selection
Liaise with recruitment agencies and candidates.Ensure recruitment and selection policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
Provide an effective resourcing service to the respective management departments, including the management of job analysis, job descriptions, job evaluation and advertising and shortlisting.
Co-ordination of mass recruitment for internal and external adverts.
Short listing ofsuitable candidates &conducting reference checks.
Appointment of successful candidates after the interviews with line management
Scheduling of appointments:
Arrange interviews, meetings and employee feedback sessions.
Assist on reporting of statistical information and compiling and maintaining documentation.
