  • Experience with Pastel, or willingness to learn

  • Ability to work in a factory environment

DUTIES:
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
  • Preparing tea and coffee for the office.
  • Filing and organizing documents.
  • Entering and managing creditor information in the computer system.
  • Performing general administrative and office support tasks.
HOURS:
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 16:00
  • Closed on public holidays
