We are currently looking for experienced and reliable Chefs


to join our team in Camps Bay.

‍ 1 × Sous Chef

Requirements:

  • Qualified chef with a SARBOR/food safety aptitude (please clarify if a specific certificate is intended)

  • Steakhouse experience preferred

  • Able to coordinate a very busy kitchen

  • Strong food and meat knowledge

  • Able to maintain high food-quality standards

  • Must be able to work weekends

  • Rate: R60–R65 per hour, depending on experience

 1 × Hot Section Chef

Requirements:

  • Able to read and understand recipes

  • Good cooking knowledge and practical kitchen skills

  • Disciplined and reliable

  • Able to work efficiently in a busy kitchen

  • Able to deliver orders on time

  • Good timekeeping

  • Must be able to work shifts and weekends
