- Assist counter staff and sales team with daily operations
- Collect, pack, move, and deliver stock and materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store and storage areas
- Support customers and staff when needed
- Help with receiving, checking, and managing stock
- Ensure smooth and efficient workflow within the store
- Take initiative and show willingness to learn new skills
- Participate in on-the-job training and mentorship
- Develop product and store knowledge to grow into senior roles
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team spirit
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reside in or near Stellenbosch
- Physically fit and willing to do manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Self-motivated and eager to improve
- Respectful, professional, and team-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills (Afrikaans and/or English)
- Willing to commit long-term and grow with the company
