 Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years outbound telephone sales experience

• Confident, proven closer over the phone

• Strong attendance & work ethic

• Advantage if you’ve sold vehicle tracking / car-related products

• Hungry, target-driven, disciplined mindset

 MONTHLY COMMISSIONS (Above Market)

• 1 sale/day (±21 sales) → R5 250

• 2 sales/day (±42 sales) → R14 700

• 3 sales/day (±63 sales) → R25 200

• 4 sales/day (±84 sales) → R33 600

 Top agents achieve 4–8 sales per day
 1 client with 3 vehicles = 3 sales
 Top agent last month: 126 sales = R50 400
