We’re recruiting experienced outbound telesales agents to sell Matrix Vehicle Tracking, a high-demand product with excellent earning potential.

This is not a casual WFH job — it’s a structured, supported sales role where performance is rewarded.

 IN-OFFICE TRAINING → EARN WORK FROM HOME

All agents start with in-office training in Sandton.

 Make 2 confirmed sales and you earn Work From Home status.

WFH is earned, supported, and performance-based — never isolating.

 WFH SETUP

• Work from your own home
• Calls made via smartphone using our Communicator App
• Calls display the official office number
• We pay for all call costs
• You only need stable Wi-Fi

 GREAT EARNING POTENTIAL

Commission-based role with realistic daily targets.

Market average: 1–4 sales per day

Earnings per cycle (±21 working days):
• 1 sale/day (21 sales) → ± R5,250
• 2 sales/day (42 sales) → ± R14,350
• 3 sales/day (63 sales) → R25,200
• 4 sales/day (84 sales) → R33,600

 Strong closers can earn more.

 SUPPORT WHEN YOU NEED IT

• 3 days without a sale while WFH → return to office
• Receive coaching and live support
• Make 2 sales in office → return to WFH

 REQUIREMENTS

✔ Minimum 2 years outbound telesales experience
✔ Target-driven and self-disciplined
✔ Comfortable working remotely
✔ Reliable Wi-Fi + smartphone
✔ Vehicle tracking / insurance sales experience = advantage
