Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Stabilise, filter, blend, and process wines as instructed
- Load and discharge bulk wine tankers
- Perform final wine preparation before bottling
- Draw samples for testing and retention
- Operate cellar equipment such as Crossflow, Stabtar, and Ultra Cool
- Maintain accurate cellar and chemical records
- Assist with daily stock checks
- Uphold cellar hygiene and safety protocols
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- At least 2 years experience in a cellar/winery environment
- Understanding of wine processes and cellar documentation
Key Competencies:
- Diligent and hardworking
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work shifts when required
- Team-oriented and safety-conscious
