We have a fabulous in-office opportunity for a senior Account Manager or recently appointed Account Director at an independent, full-service advertising agency in Cape Town’s southern suburbs. We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join their Client Service team. As part of the team that serves as the first line of contact with clients you will identify client needs and work strategically to provide thoughtful and creative solutions with measurable results. Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
Industry relevant qualification
3-5+ years’ experience as an Account Manager experience in an advertising agency
Recent advertising agency experience – essential
Previous Alcohol or Financial Services experience – a bonus
Zulu/Xhosa fluency – a must
Experience managing TTL campaigns on strategic business
Understanding of Digital
Strong ownership of projects and deadlines
Organised
Logical – a problem solver
Love of great creative
Solid track record
Solid briefing skills
Time management skills
Strong work ethic
Superb attention to detail
Team player
String admin skills
Able to process quickly
Enthusiastic
Able to work independently
Able to use initiative
Some coaching experience – a plus.
