Are you a dynamic, goal-oriented individual with a passion for making connections and managing administrative tasks? We're seeking a female candidate to join our team as a Recruitment Manager and Billing Coordinator for our soon-to-launch Online Massage Advertising Agency.
About Us:
Our agency is dedicated to connecting massage therapists with clients through an innovative online platform. As we prepare for our launch, we're looking for someone who can help us recruit talented therapists and manage billing processes with efficiency and professionalism.
Ideal Candidate:
- Female with similar experience or no experience (training provided)
- Target-driven and goal-oriented
- Punctual and trustworthy
- Dynamic with a good command of English and fluent in Afrikaans
- Fun, energetic, and extroverted
- Able to work independently and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Must be mobile and own a laptop, a camara would be a bonus
Responsibilities:
- Recruit massage therapists for our online platform
- Conduct introduction photoshoots for therapists' profiles either at their location or ours.
- Manage billing processes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Work from our home-based office in Table View during weekdays (9am - 3pm), with flexibility for weekend photoshoots
Benefits:
- Commission-based structure: Earn R100 for every paying therapist retained, with recurring income as long as they remain active
- R500 petrol allowance for photoshoot travel per week.
- Plenty opportunity to grow within the Company and take on other responsibilities as the platform grows which will increase earning potential.
