One of South Africa's leading commercial and industrial real estate consultancies is looking for a Regional Head of Broking to join their team in Cape Town; this highly dynamic, passionate and experienced team of real estate specialists require a Mentor based locally.

Lucrative Commission Structure in place

Position highlights include:
Manage the Western Cape broking team, including training, assisting with deals, managing pipeline and activity, continuing with your own transactions and deal making
Recruit and build the Western Cape broking team
Manage and build external client relationship with Landlords and Occupiers
Implement and execute the overall sales strategy in the Western Cape with the team, monitoring performance and adherence thereto
Undertake and monitor disciplinary process as the case may be required, not limited to placing an employee under the performance improvement process (PIP) for non-performance
Motivate and retain existing employees to perform at the highest levels in the industry
Create a culture adhering to the principles and values determined by the MANCO from time to time
Actively participate in the MANCO of the business with regards to strategy creation and the implementation thereof, as well as improving process and operations of the business
As part of the MANCO you will also be expected to contribute to the business on a National level to attract and retain the best talent across the industry
In order to be successful in this role you will require:
Relevant tertiary Qualification in Business/ Property preferred
3 plus years' experience in Commercial/ Industrial Real Estate broking
Solid track record of success in the property sector
Quality network to tap into when negotiating deals and recruiting talent
Polished, professional, grounded, hardworking, original and spunky - none negotiable
