The successful candidate will work alongside some great minds on a tech client, which is an exceptionally fast-paced, “one of its kind” company. We are looking for an extremely well organised, confident and enthusiastic candidate who has worked at an Advertising or Marketing agency.Please note that this position is not remote.ResponsibilitiesWorking with a team to provide the utmost level of client serviceProvide guidance to and be a mentor for the junior staff membersWorking with other senior managers to complete current campaigns and generate new initiatives for future campaignsCompleting projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budgetUsing your skills to push the team and the agency, creatively and strategicallyIdentify continuous improvement opportunities.RequirementsThe successful candidate must have/be:Relevant Marketing QualificationSignificant experience in professional client relationship managementPrevious advertising agency experience - essentialThe ability to plan and strategise at a senior levelA persuasive and confident approach to creative projectsExcellent written and oral communication skillsEffective team management capabilitiesA keen attention to detail and budgetary restraintsFull awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platformsAbility to function in a fast-paced environment and can handle pressure while achieving delivery goals in terms of deadlines and qualityOwn transport – essential
