Key Responsibilities
- Validate models across forecasting, stress testing, pricing, IFRS 9, capital, and fraud
- Develop independent challenger models to assess accuracy and performance
- Review model methodologies, assumptions, and governance documentation
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations
Job Experience and Skills Required
Education:- Minimum: Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science
- Ideal: Honours in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Actuarial Science
- 36 years in financial modelling (forecasting, stress testing, pricing, capital modelling, IFRS 9)
- Exposure to model development or validation environments
- Advanced analytical and quantitative ability
- Strong coding skills (SQL, Python, R advantageous)
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams
- Proven financial modelling experience
- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
