Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate processing.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to maintain financial integrity.
• Support process improvements and implement best practices within the finance function.

Qualification and Skills Required:

• BCom Accounting degree (SAIPA qualification preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar accounting role.
• Industry experience in manufacturing or retail is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
