- 3+ years experience in Accounts Receivable / Credit Control
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- FMCG, retail, or wholesale distribution experience beneficial
- Strong understanding of debtor management and reconciliations
Core Competencies
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP experience (e.g., Syspro) advantageous
