Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor and improve cash flow, working capital, and cost control
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Oversee tax, audit, and financial risk management processes
• Lead and mentor a small finance team
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain

Experience and Skills Required

• BCom Accounting Degree (Minimum) or Newly Qualified CA(SA)
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency with financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel)
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and efficiency
