• Develop and refine credit scorecards and risk segmentation frameworks
• Design acquisition, pricing, and limit management strategies
• Align rental pricing models with customer risk profiles
• Build and implement data-driven credit policies
• Optimise customer onboarding and decisioning processes
• Implement fraud prevention best practices

• Monitor portfolio trends, credit losses, and early warning indicators
• Partner with data teams on scorecard development and validation
• Conduct stress testing and forward-looking risk assessments
• Build robust management reporting and dashboards

• Oversee loan management system optimisation
• Manage key suppliers (credit bureaus, payment aggregators, lock mechanisms)
• Ensure data integrity and system integration effectiveness

• Oversee automated collections environment (bots, WhatsApp, SMS, call centre)
• Monitor bad debt ratios and recovery performance
• Implement mechanisms to reduce never-payers and fraud exposure

• Ensure regulatory adherence across credit lifecycle
• Maintain ethical handling of customer data
• Support legal and escalated risk processes

• 810 years experience in mass market credit / micro-lending
• Strong data analytics and scorecard development experience
• Proven experience balancing growth and risk
• Background in consumer lending, retail credit, or high-volume portfolios
• Experience in entrepreneurial, high-performance environments
