Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse complex, fragmented, and large-scale datasets to deliver actionable business insights
• Build advanced predictive models including defaults, collections, profitability, and forecasting
• Develop robust data models and visualisations using SQL, Python, and Power BI
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, translate requirements, and influence data-driven decision-making

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education:
  
  • Relevant degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience:
  
  • 58+ years experience in analytics, insights, or advanced data roles
  • Proven experience in SQL, Power BI, and strong data modelling capability
  • Hands-on Python proficiency and exposure to strategic or innovation projects
  • Experience building predictive models beyond standard credit scoring (defaults, collections, profitability, forecasting)
  • Strong background in customer analytics: segmentation, behavioural insights, telematics, and profitability analysis
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts and leading insight delivery
