Treasury Controller

My client, a global FMCG company, is recruiting for a Treasury Controller. As the Treasury Controller, you will drive the treasury strategy, ensuring that the company has the right frameworks, policies, and processes in place to support growth and risk management. This role is both strategic and hands-on, with a focus on efficient treasury operations, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Duties:

• Manage day-to-day cash flow and liquidity
• Oversee forex exposure and hedging strategies
• Handle letters of credit and banking relationships
• Ensure compliance with SARB regulations and taxation requirements
• Prepare treasury reports and analysis for senior management

Education and Experience:

• CA(SA) with 8+ years post-qualification experience
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG
• Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, forex, hedging, and letters of credit
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
