Payroll Manager

Ensure that the payroll and service provider payments are processed accurately, on time and strictly in terms of company policies and statutory requirements

Experience on Sage 300 People essential

Audit payroll data and take action to ensure accuracy at all times especially on the payroll system

Prepare and submit accurate financial and HR reports on time to the team and to the Group

Accurately reconcile the payroll with the general ledger and cash book by deadline

Ensure the payroll staff impress internal customers with professional and friendly service

Build a competent and motivated payroll department through confident and caring leadership.

Able to create and maintain customized reports on Sage 300 People

Ensure the payroll system parameters and informed changes are applied accurately and timeously

Ensure updates and contain good payroll control measures are in place

Essential pre-requisites:

Minimum five years experience in payroll management

Payroll or relevant qualification, ability to think analytically

Experience on Sage 300 People essential
