- Oversee and manage the group consolidation process for multiple entities.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and relevant reporting standards.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
- Drive improvements in reporting processes and systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Auditors to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Provide strategic insights and support to senior management.
Requirements:
- CA(SA) qualification (essential).
- Minimum 57 years experience in group consolidations within a listed environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and exposure to ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
