- Managing the full sales cycle: from sourcing leads to closing deals
- Identifying and engaging enterprise-level prospects across South Africa
- Customising solutions by deeply understanding each clients unique needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and delivery
- Building strong relationships with C-level decision-makers across multiple industries
- Accurately maintaining sales pipelines and forecasts in CRM systems
- Travelling for client meetings and events as needed
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years experience in enterprise B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Skilled in CRM systems and data-led pipeline management
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- A technical qualification or background in technical sales is a strong advantage
- Experience working with fintech, SaaS, API-based, or digital product companies
- Familiarity with selling into financial services or online platforms
