R2R Junior Accountant

Job Description:
Ensure all transactions are technically compliant and aligned with accounting policies, internal controls, and processes
Prepare monthâ??end reports including bank, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations
Review general ledgers fortnightly and manage prepayments and accruals schedules
Maintain the fixed asset register and prepare journals
Post general journals within deadlines
Handle intercompany invoicing, confirmations, and reconciliations
Assist with monthly management accounts and yearâ??end budget analysis
Prepare BAS, Payroll Tax, and FBT returns (monthly/quarterly)
Support ad-hoc requests from senior finance staff and group finance
Complete balance sheet reconciliations
Provide feedback on processed documentation and suggest improvements to drive efficiency
Build and maintain effective working relationships within the finance team and agencies
Participating in team meetings

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 or more years of experience

Qualification:
SAICA or SAIPA articles completed
