• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a high-growth environment
• Deep expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, and capital markets
• Strong analytical thinking paired with commercial acumen
• A hands-on leadership style (strategic but not afraid to dive into the details)
• Experience with FMCG
• French and English fluency
