DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES * Maximising profitability by effectively managing wages, rostering, controllable expenses, budget allocations, and ensuring employees are coached to exceed sales and KPI targets.* Administer formal performance management programs.* Ensuring employees adhere to CRG policies applicable to their employment.
