Follow up with departments where production needs assistance to reduce time spent on breakdowns or downtime.PRODUCTION: Hold production lines accountable to ensure compliance with published schedules, tact time/hourly rates and quality standards. Reduce controllable downtime. Verify completion and accuracy of all production reporting and paperwork.
