We supply a wide variety ofretailers and NGOs across the Western Cape. Production Manager required reporting to General Manager. Fulltime position and required towork on a weekend rotation. Great opportunity for growth based on thesuccessful performance of the candidate. Requirements:? Tertiary qualification in relatedfield eg plant/horticultural sciences, agricultural management will be a majoradvantage? Minimum 5 years' similarexperience with contactable references? Experience with nursery productionor similar agricultural environment? Experience in similar generalmanagerial roles? Ability to work independently? Computer skills including excel? Own transport* Heavy duty licence Code 10 +* Bilingual Key responsibilities include:? Managing multiple teams of workersacross the sowing and growing departments? Supporting the operations of thesowing processes? Managing the irrigation andfertilizer system? Stock take and ordering of seeds? Quality control?
