Warehouse Manager - Cape TownQualificationWarehouse / Operations certification Reporting to National Head of Logistics • Primarilyaccountable for all stock moving in and out of the warehouse (discrepanciesetc)• Ensuring correct warehouse processesare followed by all warehouse staff (according to company standard operatingprocedures)• Overseeingthat all stock is picked correctly by warehouse staff• Overseeingof team leaders, drivers and warehouse staff (16 in all)• Ensuringall orders are released before cut off• Ensuringall deliveries and collections are manifested on Winfreight• Ensurefast collection turnaround times• Notifyingmanagement on stock not found on floor vs system• Monitoringof stock levels• Overseeing that trucks are checkedby team leader before leaving premises every time they are despatched• Overseeing of all paperworkpertaining to stock movement e.g. shipment notes, sales return orders, receipts• Telephonicassistance to customers regarding delivery times• Ensuring all air-conditioningstock, compressors and accessories are counted at least once in a 30 day cycle• Ensuringall spares are counted at least once in a 12 month cycle• Ensuringthat the warehouse is neat and orderly at all times SalaryR300k – R360k CTC negForward suitable cvs to ninal@lascom.co.za
