Experianced Field Representatives

Dastile Wealth Insure is looking for experienced field representatives to market various funeral insurance products. We are looking for people who are self-motivated and eager to earn. Previous experience in sales is an absolute must as well as having a valid driver’s license and reliable car. We need honest and reliable reps with excellent communication skills with a clear criminal record and contactable references.

Personal Attributes and skills needed:

• Strong Customer focus.
• Networking skills.
• Able to work autonomously.
• Strong Planning and organizational skills.

Experience Required:

• NQF 5 industry recognized qualification (minimum of 120 credits)
• RE 5 (preferable but not essential)
• No previous financial planning experience necessary but will be beneficial.

Important Information about the Role:

• Own vehicle is essential and non-negotiable.
• Rep must be based in the Port Elizabeth area.
• Full product training offered.
• Ongoing support and assistance from back office managers.
• Must be willing to be part of a team.
• Commission only & incentives paid on targets when reached.
• All Payments are done on a monthly basis.
