Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to drive revenue growth for our print shop. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new customers through networking, cold calling and other lead generation methods.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate printing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and timely delivery to customers.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the printing industry or related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license.
