Sales Rep

An exciting opportunity awaits a driven and motivated individual who seeks growth and enjoys the satisfaction of closing a deal. We are looking for a responsible individual to plan and carry out sales. In this position, you will be responsible for driving sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Initiate contact with prospective customers, present products or services, and build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase value propositions and benefits.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and stay informed about industry trends.
Understand customer needs, challenges, and preferences.
Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing customers.
Gather feedback from customers to inform product/service improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
Follow established sales processes
Stay up-to-date with product or service knowledge and participate in training programs to remain informed and skilled in presenting and selling products or services.
Requirements
Matric Certificate / NQF Level
1-2years of experience in sales role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excel.
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
