Restaurant Manager with  Strong BOH ( Chef) Knowledge Required

Restaurant manager with good kitchen knowledge required.

Must have proven experience in the industry for both front and back of house.

We are looking for someone who is "hands on" and does not need constant supervision in order to get the job done.

Must be able to run a busy restaurant and be a leader to the staff in all relevant departments ( kitchen, pizza section, sushi, barista & cocktails ) as well as insure excellent customer service in front of house to our patrons who visit the restaurant.

This job involves working restaurant hours which include weekends and public holidays.

Own reliable transport is essential. Coming from a strong chef background would be favorable to this position.
