Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to Director. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing the director's diary, and providing general administrative assistance. The role will involve various clerical tasks and requires strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Qualifications
Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Experience in diary management and general administrative assistance
Clerical skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)
Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration) is a plus.
Must have own transport .
