CNC Lathe Operator/Setter/Programmer

My client is looking for a CNC Lathe Operator/Setter/ProgrammeProgrammer/Setter/Operator for CNC Lathe MachineEssential:· Manual program and setup knowledge· Minimum 5-7 years hands on Fanuc Control Programming and setupexperience· Minimum 5-7 years CNC Lathe experience· Micrometre experience/familiar with measuring equipment· Candidate to be between the ages of 25-40yrs· Must be able to speak English· Must have own transport· Candidate should not be out of the industry for longer than 6monthsBasic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel. Operational Requirements:· Target 84.5% machine efficiency on a calculatedmonthly hour (Including overtime).· Keeping CNC Lathe Machines and work areasclean· Weekly maintenance to be done on Machines· Daily setup of tooling and materialrequired for the day’s planning to be organized on the designated trolleyssupplied. The applicant must be able to work wellunder pressure, educated and must have sound common sense.
