TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Recharger is a leading, national metering company based in La Lucia, Durban, KwaZulu Natal.

A technical customer support position has become available.

Duties:

· Ability to engage with clients on general and electrical queries and provide support in an office based environment.

· Ad-hoc administration duties to manage client queries and provide support via various communication platforms.

· Data-capturing.

· Ability to multi-task and ensure all queries are managed and resolved.

· Attention to detail necessary and maintaining accuracy when capturing on relevant computer systems.

Skills and Experience:

· Excellent command of the English / Isizulu language and

telephone etiquette.

· Excellent computer literacy skills

· Experience in a similar environment - advantageous.

· Grade 12 essential.

· Experience and Qualifications in electrical necessary.

· Clear Credit and Criminal Record.
