Factory Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Factory Supervisor to join our team. The Factory Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of factory workers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train, motivate, and evaluate production staff
• Address and resolve staff issues promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and productivity

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
