Permanent Quality Controller

Our client in the import and export industry is looking for a suitably qualified Quality Controller to join their team in Cape Town. Responsibilities: Checking the quality of delivered commodities as well as the packaging thereof. Assisting with customer complaints. Improve the quality systems. Ensure that all potential problems are addressed before they occur so that the company is in line with the audit requirements. Oversee the product development procedures to identify any deviations. Inspecting the final output and comparing it to the requirements and approving or rejecting the final product. Reporting, managing, and resolving schedules. Requirements: Food certification. Minimum of 4 years working experience in a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Have high attention to detail. Have the ability to lead a team.
