Our prestigious client in Financial Public Sector has an EE opportunity available for a Legal Advisor: Corporate and Commercial to be based in the Centurion area.Education and Experience Requirements:4 year LLB Degree or equivalentAdmitted Attorney having served articles of clerkship3-5 years Post admission experience KPAs:Custodian of legal agreements as applicable and responsible for developing and reviewing them from time to time to ensure legal complianceDrafting of Legal Agreements and SLA’sLegal research and legal due diligence investigationsAssessment of impact of any new legislation and making recommendations in this regardManagement of assigned attorneys in terms of giving them instructions and subsequent communication as applicableReview and Development of Policies and ProceduresManage Stakeholder relationshipReceive requests for the drafting of ContractsPrepare execution versions of the contract, together with control sheets, acquire internal signatories and submit for external signatures
