Technician required for a reputable office automation company based in East London, Eastern Cape
Requirements:
- 2 years or more industry experience
- Network and security infrastructure knowledge- CISCO, HP, UNIFI, FOTINET
- Firewall and IDS/IPS rules, ACLS , VLANS with 802.1X
- Windows enterprise environment
- Qualifications in A+, N+
- Technical knowledge of computers, operating systems and widely used computer applications
- VOIP Experience
Responsibilities:
- First-line organization-wide support
- Remote or on-site support that may include travelling
- Network and security support
- Build, configure and repair computer hardware and other devices
- Troubleshoot to determine the best solution based on a problem presented by a user
- Installation and configuration processes
- Windows enterprise environment experience
- Installing and configuration of Windows 8,10
