Role Purpose

This role covers:

  • Providing tier 1 Inbound Technical Support to our customers

 

Job Description

Your role will include (but is not limited to):

 

  • Troubleshooting technical software related enquiries via phone and email
  • Identifying, troubleshooting and logging software “bugs”
  • Implement and manage the setup process for our clients
  • Assign and managing designs and custom web-skin work

 

Skills & Attributes

  • Outstanding telephone skills with an ability to translate complex technical information into layman’s terms
  • Excellent written skills with an ability to describe technical information clearly
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize
  • A keen eye for detail with the ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Enjoy dealing with people and a genuine desire to assist them
  • Experience in a technical contact centre role, or the events industry, and/or using venue & event management software
  • A commitment to learning and ongoing personal development
  • A problem-solving nature with the ability to work under pressure
  • A passion for technology and a solid understanding of the IT world, ideally with experience in software
  • Experience in HTML & CSS
  • Matric
  • Credit and Criminal Clear
  • Hospitality experience will be advantageous
