REQUIREMENTS
Matric plus two to four years experience
Experience within a print and signage company
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Technically minded and passionate about his industry
Highly organised, able to work under pressure and results driven
DUTIES
Reporting to the Factory Manager.
Manage Layout and Design work where required.
Managing stock requirements.
Working from job cards, print and plot vinyl signage graphics.
Demonstrate skill and knowledge of current graphic design, sign design and fabrication working practices.
Demonstrate knowledge of digital printing software to produce graphical design and visual material both functional and aesthetic for the client.
Read, understand and interpret factory job cards, layouts and production instructions.
Operation of both digital printer and vinyl plotter.
Setting up of print/vinyl jobs.
Inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, colour accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects.
Maintenance of printing equipment.
Stock monitoring and reporting on materials/ consumables.
Adherence to deadlines set.
Adhering to high ethical and professional standards.
Overseeing three to four Vinyl Operators.
Salary: R14 R16000, dependent on experience
