The Theatre Deputy Nursing Manager will be responsible for identifying quality improvement opportunities, drive implementations of group quality initiatives, identify areas of non-compliance through clinical audit and CSA. The Theatre Deputy Nursing Manager will also actively participate in professional development along with teamwork to achieve goals and maintain a satisfactory level of skill and knowledge.
