A Vacancy exists at Recycling Consolidated Holdings, Germiston for which applications are invited from internal and external applicants who meet the following requirements:     *The Incumbent will be required to *   The incumbent is responsible for driving the estate collection and sorting programme in Gauteng. They will be required to manage operational effectiveness, as well as securing new estates to form part of the programme. Furthermore, the incumbent need to plan for future growth capabilities and increase cost efficiencies. *Your key responsibilities will be:*   * Managing all day to day operations relating to collections of Waste from estates. * Ensure all current and potentially new client relationships are managed and all production and operational plans are in place * Maintain material volumes from complexes/ estates in designated regions * Plan and manage visits to suppliers; * Increase volumes of material to the branch; * Monitor volumes verses targets on a continuous basis; and * Report on regional performance and seek out other opportunities.   *Competencies: *   * Analytical * Self-starter and self-motivated willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done; * Someone who is results driven, structured and understands logistics; * A person with business acumen and who is commercially savvy; * Entrepreneurial and good strategist – able to operate in a trading environment; * Strong analytical skills; * Good negotiating and sales skills; * Proven leadership ability and a high EQ or strong interpersonal skills; * Good communication skills both written and verbal; * The right values and experience with proven ability; and * Able to recruit and retain key staff. *Qualifications*   * Matric Certificate with Maths (Maths Literacy not sufficient); and * A degree in Logistics, Marketing or Business will be advantageous.       *Job Requirements*   * Minimum of 3 (Three) years Sales and / or Marketing experience in a similar position; * Driver’s license with own vehicle; * Working knowledge of the operations environment * Ability to communicate in an African language would be advantageous; * Willing to travel extensively; and * Microsoft Office Competence.
